Room creator as an admin...

hey guys and girls,guess mig33 decided that from now on room creators will be admins

they will moderate their own rooms...

i think it will divide whole mig33 community like everyone will start creating rooms for becoming admins lol

and will keep inviting their friends to join their room wherein their freinds would be doing same lol

so ultimately,i find it meaningless as popular rooms will lose its popularity

what you think about this system? Wink

Very dumb move, just like nimbuzz...No more "unique" mig33. We'll have millions of chatrooms, i bet.

this idea is to put off from abusers particularly to get rid from multi kickers. Very Happy

i wonder what are admins for then ????
well and if the creator of the room suddenly leaves ? who willl moderate ? they'll have to create a new room again to get rid multikickers ?this idea seems really dumb and makes no sense to me

never,i don't think they can get rid of abusers when million languages are being used on mig

and even they use SENSOR...i don't think its gonna work for them because,an abusive word can be written in different ways.so the outcome is zero

and about multi kickers,until they apply time delay like a user can't start kick within 5 seconds and vote within 10 seconds...it aint gonna help much

moreover,lets not forget about third party software.mig33 team must do somthing about this issue

so this system won't be any better... Smile

stupidity, lolzzzzzz i have seen that system at many places, lol for example at HI CHATTER, people create rooms and go there
wheneva some one enters, they bounce(kick) him/her and enjoy, loll

Everyone will want to be an admin and create his/her own room. So who will chat on another room and be a normal user whereas he/she can easily make his/her own and be admin. Lol this idea is dumb

abusers will create rooms and even if abuse someone in their rooms,no one can do anything against them because they are admins of their rooms lmfao

now think about multi kickers! they will keep dancing in the room...because since an admin doesn't have to pay for kicking so multi kickers will be in the heaven Laughing

So what if every1 make his/her own room? Of cours that will not happen as most of users likes the general rooms?
One more thing that should be done is to eliminate the admin system, by this there wil be no more complains no more admin worshipers.

Aktel bro lets talk frankly, admin system spoiled mig chat rooms and also many users(shoelickers). Many old users left mig cus of admin .
Admin spolied the room becaus they kick users by mistake-as thy always claim- n nver apologise.
Lets make mig33 like paltalk the room creater must hav hav the power to kick and also must hav the ability to give the power to other users so they wil look aftr the room aftr he leave.

Admin system brings nothing useful, ask 80% or more users, they will tell admins dnt reply, we hav seen many incidences that admin reject users when they add them. Even if admin comes to the room most the time cannot do nothing as we seen they r many programmers who always creates software which makes the admins useless.

Multi kickers already kick without reason, imagine when they have the power to create their own rooms. They'll kick users out just for the fun of it just like they used to, with multi kicking. Every unfairly kicked user would most probably go and create his/her own room to be admin, some of those users may adopt that unfair kicking to enjoy the fun too, it myt be that cycle and end up evolving and everyone who has a room kicking out people just for the fun of it. After all its their room, their rules...Pretty dumb idea

In terms of logic, the idea would mean, No More Multi-kicking. Who would multi kick, when they can just make a room and be admin and not spend credit for kicking. Although i have a strong feeling that even those admins would kick by credit should the idea be implemented. Now back to my main point of "No more multi kicking", if you read Steven Goh's interview you would know how much profits they make from multi kicking, so do we really think they scrap that huge amount from their revenue?

as arabian said it should be like paltalk so that anyone can give power to others when the owner the room would leave

now my question is that how come you would ensure me,that user who would be given power to moderate the room wouldn't kick others?

they may start dancing getting the power and would enjoy abusing and kicking around

Lets look at the advantages:
1. You will be able to create, and moderate your own room, and noone will be able to kick you.

That's the best Part i can come up with. Anyone want to add any other thing??
Disadvantages :

1. Your actions will be above questions, so, you might just turn out to be a dictator type user in your own room.
2. As everyone will be able to make rooms and moderate, they will always want to enjoy the own room, and want others to come to his own room. The result? Almost all rooms will be empty.
3. Many popular rooms creators are actually kickers, and many of the creators don't even use mig33 anymore. so comes the question of finding the moderators of such rooms?

Any other disadvantages anyone?

there r many advantage but this is one of the major.

I would certainly like to know other minor advantages instead of keeping them in mind. Besides, The question is.. will you always be in your room? 24/7?

that's where my problem is. Millions of users, millions of rooms. Take yourself in consideration. Won't you want others to join your room? Won't others want you to join their rooms too? What will you do? Leave your room to be empty?
That's highly unexpected. Or join your room, ignore other rooms, and ask others to come?

That's what i expect you to answer, because you are the one supporting this idea.
We can all order to staffs do this, do that. But before demanding them to do something, please consider whether it is logical and acceptable or not, and the ways of doing it in an effective way.

And why comes the question of who are moderating rooms now? the idea is that a user will be the
moderator of the room he creates. say, in ancient mig33 time, you created a room called KSA. and you don't come to that room anymore. Which is a bad thing, because that room will be moderator less.
I don't understand how you even consider not to keep it in disadvantage category.

And last part..why do kickers kick user? many reasons such as, personal problems, to prove their superiority, to have fun, to scare people etc etc.
Everyone wants to enjoy power, and everyone when gets the chance, will try to use it.
