admin recommendation : helpful or harmful ?

mostly all userz trying for become an admin and even deserves to be it.btw due to lack of reccomendation they not get selected...

Its not maga gang why I am opposing. I oppose the entire procedure, admin recommendation system never seemed to be good and unbiased system. how did maga gang get into? the root, the way was the recommendation procedure. I suppose, recommendation procedure never gonna be unbiased. while recommending they keep their friends in mind, not worthy users.

I agree, an admin has to visit many rooms each and every day what a normal user dont. they meet many deserving and adept users every day thats right. but the question is do they make friendship with those deserving users right away? or put their name in recommendation waiting list? do admins keep them in mind at all? no man! at the end of the day when it comes to selection, they do recommend only their friends who have been keeping asking and reminding times and again.

I dont even dare to dream that. thats never gonna happen dude. how would you make sure those admins never come to the power again with a new ID? infact they have so many powerful friends ( admins and staffs) still there. I have seen how hard most admins ( fair ones according to you ) had been trying to save tareq and his gang. apart from nikshay, precious and vinay most admins had been working for tareq. so how would you make sure those admins dont recommend corrupted users further ?

I am against the entire selection process as I said earlier. because the process itself is biased, not the admins. say all admins are fair and good there, but still they would recommend their friends. I am not saying their friends dont deserve. their friends may be deserving. but is it still unbiased? still one side/ party ( friends of admins ) is getting priority although they are deserving, but other major side/ party ( non friends of admin ) are not getting paid the attention at all. so its one sided, partial which means biased right?

recommendation system saves time I totally agree. But any better and fair process would be more appreciated even if take more time. we would be patient to get some fair and deserving admins.

er.. I never pointed my fingers to any specific admins saying they were fair, so.. Please don't consider any admins fair according to me:|
you said that the maga gang got into the system by the system itself. But who recommended them in the first place? Wasn't it tareq, the magaraj? If he didn't manipulate the system himself first, would maga gang came into power? Remember, tareq wasn't selected by recommendation system.
You raise a question thats oddly familiar like,
'which came first? Egg or chicken?'
(the answer is egg btw, evolution theory says so, and also says tareq was the root :p )

Anyway, I also suggested at the end that instead of selecting admins just from recommendation, at first staffs should make a list of worthy users, both from rooms, and from recommendation system, and then monitor them secretly for a certain period.. Judging them through and through. But noone seemed to notice this idea:|

i totally agree with u riz bro, admins will recommend their friends and reject enemies so.. it isnt good ,its harmful

By this system some of antimig admins also can become admin and they can hide before the mask of admin . . But this system should change and i have read happy's posts and totaly agree with happy
