Does forum slow down?

Hi mates,

Recently we have our forum upgraded to phbb 3 vesion. Besides, We've installed a new skin which looks good according to most of users.

Now my concern is whether the forum slows down or its working properly as before? we allow users to put loads of animations n graphics' stuffs. even most users got animation stuff in their signature. I know high speed internet user have no problem with that. but the users with slower connection and specially those who browse the forum through their cell phone could be struggling. Though this forum or this type of forums basically designed for computer. So cell phone n opera browser users certainly are having some difficulties. no offence I aint not trying to disgrace them. I myself often browse through my cell phone while i travel or stay out of my home.

so if any one having trouble with this new theme and version. Please feel free to do let us know here.

now im thinking to get the forum banner changed. i will work making a new one. need to have some times more. . I cant give our beloved forum that much time cuz my study keeps me busy away from the forum. though i enjoy my subject..its graphic designing. but loads of class project get me freaked out sometimes.

but i will be doing my level best.

some opera users complained text bar doesnt show to 'em while they try to reply any topic. so i would like to know whether each n every opera user having some problem or its problematic with same particular cell phone model?
