removal of kick option

they are not so talented as you think. its some of mig33's bug and very late update helping them to do so. fix the bugs and enjoy watching how they leave mig33. i can guaranty you that they can't find out anything more at least for multi kicking if mig33 apply this ideas(don't make any new bug when applying:P).
