how to download videos form youtube and other flash related

FRIENDS HERE IS A SIMPLE WAY HOW ANYPERSON CAN DOWNLOAD VIDEOS FROM YOUTUBE AND OTHER FLASH WEBSITES.IN ANY FILE FORMAT.

1. SEACH FOR A VIDEO OF YOUR CHOICE FROM WWW.YOUTUBE.COM...AND SELECT AS IF U WANNA PLAY IT..
2. COPY THE THE WEB LINK FROM THE ADRESS BAR
3. FINALLY GO TO WWW.MEDIACONVERTER.ORG THEN PASTE INTO THE SPACES PROVIDED..FOLLOW THE STEP
PROVIDED.AND SELECT THE FORMAT YO WANT
4. MEDIA CONVERTER WILL CONVERT AND PRESENT THE FILE FOR YOUR DOWNLOADING..
5. DOWLOAD THE FILE AND ENJOY

romz i tried downloading the video from the link but when it starts to download the video it just stucks ...
any idea whts wrong ?!or wht shud i do ?!

My net speed too slow its youtube need too much time so i cant try it

BRO YOU DONT NEED THE PAGE TO FULLY LOAD .....SO JUST COPY THE LINK AND PASTE IT WER REQUIRED IN THE MEDIA CONVERTER WEB PAGE ...THE ONLY PART YOUTUBE IS INVOLVED IS FINDING THE WEB LINK...

yah i have the latest real player also...but the problem with it is that it doesnt give u a format selction option while media conveter does
