Well....
1. The admins know what they are doing,
2. There are some safe versions of this 3rd party softwares
3. Most of the versions are uploaded into free file hosting servers which are sponsored by/sponsors some famous antivirus softwares like kaspersky and norton.Which means, before downloading, the files are scanned by some of the best antivirus softwares online.

I believe that bending the rules for greater purposes is a good thing

well i also seen racinhart kicking one multi kicker.he kicked his one id 4 timez.my eyez was shocked then i realized itz an mig33 bugz.i hope mig33 will banned these bugz soon...
