time prob in my pc
recently, when ever i start my pc, the time goes away... it start from a 01 january, 2002... 12.01 AM..

The time and date are saved using whats called a CMOS battery (independent from the main power supply) so it will still keep track of the time while the computer is powered off.
It is possible that you need to replace the battery inside. Most of them can be popped out but some are directly attached to the motherboard.
I wouldn't really recommend changing it yourself if your not too sure about it, maybe bring it into a computer repair shop and they should be able to get you a new battery for not too much cash.
OR Besides the battery being bad you can also try updating the BIOS.
