Everyone has fears especially nowadays, with the ever-increasing acts of terrorism. . What's your fear quotient? The biggest challenge is making space in the human mind where there is no fear. . Fear is a useful signal on the path to freedom. . The stronger the fear, the closer you are to what you are seeking. . You should face your fears by looking beyond them. . Find out if your fears are limiting your life. . Challenge your irrational thinking asking yourself why you are afraid. . Replace negative thinking and reframe your mind into positive thoughts. . Take action and do what you can to address your fears, taking small steady steps to alleviate them. . Finally, think of how you'l benefit when your fear is overcome. . Your increased self-esteem with your feeling of a new sense of freedom is worth it

as far as am concerned am not afraid of anything abt mee but abt my family and others , am afraid, because am not alive for myself, am here for others Very Happy

My fear quotient of all times would have to be 'heights'! ! Have tried overcoming it but have always failed. One other thing im scared of is the life of my loved ones due to the extremly violent and uncertain conditions nowadays.
