Introduction threads older than 1 month should be locked

Hey ppl I think that introduction threads which become one month old should be immediately locked...coz right now when i went to check out the new posts I found out that someone had posted replies in introduction threads over 1 and half years old...its really irritating finding out the newcomers from this type of mess
