you dont have to dlete the old version ..it happend to me most of the time even in old version..maybe network problem..

hey that happened to me too when i downloaded the new version and ran it from sjboy...it would get dc every 5 mins 
then i changed the connection type to manual and put the ip address of mig server there 
and VOILA! problem solved

nah, 4.01 is working fine... version 4.00 has some problems

if version 4.00 is suffering you then why you are using it lol
it had many bugs...most of them got fixed
version 4.01 is working fine...so use it

Both working fine. . Except that sometimes in version 4 i get the connection errors 500 or 200. . But all my mig versions stil there. . Guess it's network cry. . And yeah manual works like a dream
