I don't think so lol. Just tell me why r they always send u complains,quires to contact@mig33.com if they cannot handle it? And the wores thing is that when u send them an Email one of them will reply u after a month and if u reply them with details. Some1 else will reply u and ask and brink u to square 1.

Lol arabian that's prolly cuz there are fewer ppl handling the mail that's why reply gets delayed. . And dude you've to go with the system na. .

He is only complaining because he doesn't like the delay.

Mig33 should appoint more people for the customer service..

Thats the only way the replies will be recieved in less delay.

You are absolutely right. We have 16m users right now and they will email contact@mig33.com for any issues.

merchant@mig33.com is only for those who are interested to be a merchant. Non merchant related questions would be forwarded to contact@mig33.com

Plus, we do not have that many merchants yet...

There are only 4 full time staff replying to emails. The rest are more focussed at moderating, managing admins, other trackings, etc...

So now you know...
