Connection speeds

Hi..... Kindly improve on connections as some users with low gprs facilities have a hard time especially from kenya and all over... Kindly do or think of a solution to how it can be done... Your consideration and effort would be highly appreciated..

well i think mig33 daily updatez there server at late nite so all usersz get dc at night.so there is no need of connection speed.whenn mig33 updatez there server whole mig33 get dc.
in some partz most of the userz uses gprs btw with very low speed os they have to contact there network operator for that...
