Drink is better than blood

Kelly who loved to drink was staggering home with two bottles of whisky in his overcoat pockets wen he was knocked down by a cyclist. The cyclist pedalled back to kelly in the darkness,alighted n ran to the scene of mishap. . Kelly was moaning on the ground staring at his right hand which had been lying in a pool of blood from his injured arm. . As the cyclist's light fell upon his hand Kelly shouted in relief, 'Saints be praised ! For a moment i was afraid it was the WHISKY spilt! It's only blood'
