well, guys it could make thing easier if, everytime you log in, check the room urself and I'd suggest get all our staffs added to your list, if you find any of them online, ask them about the room.

hmm, dark good suggestion indeed. But since, we have our users from different part around the world, the time difference matters here. so it does not seem to get all users at a same time in the room.

But the idea of getting together in a week is a great idea. I do appreciate it. we got to fix and set a time at all our members' convenience so that we can meet each other at least once in a week. so guys and girls put your availability down here, and set best time and date for you.
