who should be called for interview? Empty who should be called for interview?

We know there are many intelligent users in mig33. All our admin recommend them when the admin selection comes. Some users face interview but can't qualify and some users wait for the interview.
I like to know from all of you that should the user call for interview again who faced the interview once and couldn't qualify?
Or the other users should be called for interview who wasn't called before?

good idea bro, but the problem is most of the users even dont get a chance face an interview.

exactly wat i was thinking...getting a call for an interview is a one in a million chance so the ones who fail the interviews are the most unlucky Rolling Eyes

yup potential admins get interviewed...iv'e never come across someone who failed first interview and then got a second Neutral ...
and i think candidates should be given a fair interview , recommended or not...

yea therez nuthing wrong in tht ... but same goes with me i havent seen a single person who failed in the interview and is expecting it again .. there might be few but not in my knowledge ... Neutral

If one can be interviewed again and again then what will other do?
How the users get recommend from admin again and again after failed once?
If anybody be called for interview again and again then there is no chance for others.
