Bangladesh ONLY. They are not free,

Pricing is as follows:

Mig33 Wallpapers = $0.10
Mig33 Ringtones = $0.25
Premium Ringtones = $2.00

p/s: You will need mig v.3.07 in order to use these new features.

umm... i downloaded the mig33 ring tone 1... sound quality isn't so good... but not bad...
