kick without cause

i m a regular mig user in medical student room. I chat for 3 yrz near abt. I hav no bad record of kick even flood and slang.
But today morning n med room dreamboy69 admin kickd me out frm rm wid out cause.
I want 2 knw if thz is the fact to make admin so why thz need.
Widout coz my id is bannd.
Who wil take responsiblity?

ya, i know rafi personally.. he is a nice person, he only chats by his cell... and he is not a multi or flooder...
i think, dreamboy might made a mistake

either its a mistaken identity or personal envy .....

dreamboy gave him the multi admin kik.. maybe four kik were given to him at once.... his id got room ban..

if its a four tym kick then i dont think he did it on mistaken grounds....he seem to have something personal

We all know it was clearly written in rules for admin which was posted by nikshay_ is admins are allowed to use 3rd party software but normal users must not be kicked. Admin dreamboy surely broke the rules.
Everytime when an admin kick normal users we all say it was a mistake kick. it can be intentional too. In fact the chance of kick intentionally is much than a mistake. When an admin use the 3rd party software to kick he is well aware of mistake kick because the rules said not to kick any normal users and after commiting a mistake Why should the kicked user go to admins private? Who made the mistake? If the admin kick anybody by mistake then the admin should the user to apologise but in this case admin dreamboy69 didn't come to his private, So can't we say the kick was intentional?
Or the admin can clear his history and unbanned the id without any request.
One more thing is how long i know this forum allows users to complain against admin(certainly with proper evidence). My question is If the forum allows to complain against the admin then Why you guys suggesting to send mail to mig33? What will he get by sending mail? Only some automatic reply will tell him that he did misbehave and was kicked by admin more than 6time. Which is so irritating.

i agree with u happy. if there were a mistake, dreamboy sould be the person who should pvt first. but we dont know whot happened there.
