i am using a isp broadband my speed is lower limit is 9 kb at night its usally 50 kb
in peak our its 9 kb and upload is about 25 kb

offpeak our i use for download and in peak our whn the download speed is slow i use for upload

its just 200kb indians are getting 2 mb/sec

the difference in speed is due to the cost of bandthwidth

i megabit cost about 1764 rs in india and pakistan and 1 megabit costs 70000 taka in bangladesh

so tell me how can bangladesh isp give a fast speed
