mig33 has lunched email service in Bangladesh, now bangladeshi user can use mig33 email service too.. just login in to ur account using mig33 beta 3.02 and u will find it there...

Well yesterday we got it in our country, Trinidad N Tobago, so i guess its also available in many other countries
