Admin selection!!

Though Admin selection iz a random procedure but becoming admin totally depends on one's luck ..itz lyk a lottery...

I tink mig33 shuld take such as steps by wich admin candidates can prove theirselves how much eligible and worthy they are.

If there would be any test or voting system for selecting an eligible, random and qualified admin!!! it would be really great.

If my posted topic will come at eyesight of mig33 admin selection concerned section dnt take it as n offensive post cuz i dnt dare to suggest u..i m only expressing my personal opinion.

Guyz plz post ur view here what u tink of this matter? how shuld be the admin selection procedure?

i think the user should be trailed.. not chosen by mig33. at they must see how the user handle users in rooms

i have applied for room admin postion. but they said they are not currently recruiting any admin now.

they never answer me i e-mail them but no one answer me :(

If user trail process will be started then after being admin, users will behave with honest & good which can be an act. But after being permanent admin, that users will show their main characters. That's not a good idea.

Yea,chester.I agree with you!If they trial users 1st,then users will behave so good to become an admin,but after being admin they will show their real face.But mig made a big mistake selecting some users as admin,most of them were multikicker before and now they are admin.They are kicking people randomly.But thanks to mig33 team to select admin controller.I think this will make the bad admins aware.Thank you!

i want to be admin because some people are not being wery nice in my prefered chatroom

i think the selection of admins is quite hard coz you'll never know if that certain user is deserving to be an admin i think the best way is through a test or an interview

can we all protest this sytem? we all should send request to mig33 to change this ******system.

all candidates should be examined.

I think voting process are good for all.

I think a user who use mig33 regular should be an admin.
