help needed

hello guys.. can u please help me with my ipod. it gets hanged in the middle of a song n even the toggle key dsnt move. i ran the diagnostics n it said one or more sync errors.. dont know how to fix it. oh at the completion of the test following stuff pops up.. no idea wht it means..

Hi enigma bro, I think there is a problem with your Ipod's firmware...
I found the same problem on apple's official discussion forum click HERE
So You should first Restore your Ipod and then Update your Ipod's firmware from www.apple.com
Also try this site www.s1mp3.org (Biggest firmware site I think)
