Hmmm everything stems from friendship. Even lovers are friends first. 
but my love is not always my best friend . . I mean i can't complain TO him ABOUT him. Lol 
i hope i never have to choose between my love and my friends. :( both are very important to me

well love is kind of friendship.
I believe a definition of love that "love is friendship set on fire"
so i think its better trying not to differentiate love n friendship.
both is essential for a human. a human cant live without love or having any friend.

Well... You see i tend to agree with all of you, but the thing is that with love comes alot of happiness plus the added load of emotional stress 
and with friendship all worry that you have is that your friend would 'stab you in the back' and plus you cant love every1, but you can be great friends with them

Lol this is a tough 1 ...uhm my friends play a very important role in my social life as well as great support . My girl on the other hand ...well she mean's the world to me , dont knw wat i'd do without her in my life ....my life would kinda be 1 side'd without Love or Friendship . My love really keeps the total balance on the scale between the 2 so i choose love and friendship ( a bit more love than friendship ) it's as if loosing my friends would take away my legs and losing the 1 i love would stop my heart frm beating ...
