Easy steps to meditate
Medication is a state of mind. Wot can meditate anywhere - while walking, in the bathtub, lawn, sitting in office or lying down. . Observe what's going on around you and in your mind. Let your brain come into a "non-state" of being. It's called KARMIC meditation. . Music sends you into trances, try playing soul stirring lebanese music or budhist chants. . In fact, put any music on that relaxes you and releases your mind from the body. . Take a bath before meditation. This helps the body to go in a diffused state of mind . . Aromatherapy oils and light scented candles make the body relax. . Dont make meditation a ritual, never limit your time for it. Be flexible n learn to enjoy it rather than making it a routine. . Have fun!

I do meditate while im asleep cindz,it helps me alot in snoring out loud and scaring away the bad omens(thieves) Oooooommm....
