Here's ten ways to shimmer n sparkle making your life shine . . 1) FOOD POWER - eat pulses,as they are rich in protein. . Also take 250 gms of fruit for antioxidants. It's healthy to take green tea without milk, aloe vera juice, besides 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify your system. . . 2) FITNESS REGIME - walk for thirty minutes daily to increase blood circulation, and ensure an instant glow. Yoga and pilates work as stress bursters and kick boxing can help channel the aggression that builds up from stress. . . 3) MIND YOGA - keep the mind at peace. Deep breathing even for 5 - 10 mins relaxes the mind. Getting 8 hrs of sleep are a must as this rejuvenates the system. Power naps also help. . . 4) BODY LANGUAGE - keep your back straight, maintain eye-contact, dont cross your arms, use open palm gestures, dont touch your face while talking, dont fidget, tilt your head slightly while talking, and smile.
